At every stage of spiritual awareness, Meditation remains the best way to advance on your spiritual journey in life.

Meditation offers the ability to "go within" and discover the infinite possibilities that await you there.  It brings inner peace, calm balance to the body, a relaxed mind and soul, and so much more.  

There are several ways to meditate.  All are Great!  All have good results!

However, as the planet continues to ascend into a more robust 5D environment, we need to grow in our meditation practices to maintain and raise our frequency level to the planet's ascending vibrations.

Because of this need, I have been teaching "heart meditation" to lightworkers.

Heart Meditation reaches into the sacred heart and connects to the innate of your soul.  From that point, infinite possibilities are available.  This is already proving to be an excellent meditation modality to strengthen ones ascension frequency.

  Getting in alignment with your sacred heart takes some practice.  That is why I offer a weekly meditation circle to guide you in this process.  Each week builds your confidence and establishes ascension frequencies within your cellular body!

Guidance is channeled each night from the collective voices of Celeste I & Celeste II of the Angelic Realm Guardians Council of Light.  Their messages are truly life altering, and wellness centered.  Their frequency transmissions & downloads allow each participating member to obtain a deep and rewarding meditation experience that is compatible with YOUR level of awareness and frequency.  its amazing!
