Meditation remains the best tool for Spiritual Growth and Awareness. The simple act of "going within" to discover the infinite possibilities that meditation can bring to you, is very rewarding. It brings inner peace, a calm balanced body, a relaxed and open soul, and a mind that can truly be connected for a body/mind/soul experience.
There are many ways to meditate, and all of them are excellent to practice in a 3D/4D life incarnation. It is the first step to take in your spiritual growth journey in life.
However, as the planet continues to ascend into a more robust 5D environment, we need to grow in our meditation practices to maintain our frequency level with the planet's ascending agenda.
Because of this need, I have been teaching "heart meditation" to lightworkers.
Heart Meditation reaches into the sacred heart and connects to the innate of your soul. From that point, infinite possibilities are available.
Getting in alignment with your sacred heart takes some practice. That is why I offer a weekly meditation circle to guide you in this process.
Presently, the heart meditation circle has become a guided meditation/channel experience.
Guidance is given from the collective voices of Celeste I & Celeste II of the Angelic Realm Guardians Council of Light. The messages they bring forth each week are truly life altering, and wellness centered. Their frequency transmissions allow for each participating member of the circle to obtain a deep and rewarding meditation experience yet be sub-consciously aware of the messages of information that are shared.
The Monday Night Meditation circle is quickly becoming the "go-to" place to be on Monday Nights!
