Now that you are embracing the Lightbody Ascension Process, you may have put your earlier learning tools to the side.  The New Tool for 5D is simply your inner truth.  Learning to identify your inner truth, and then listening to it will be your next spiritual quest.  

Here to help you with that quest is once again, Star Light Connection, and SarahAnn.

The best "tool" to assist with the ascension process is learning how to listen to your inner truth.  We do that by discovering the passageway into your sacred heart of hearts.  Once there, you will need to find the still point, connect with your inner truth, and experience your I AM Consciousness.  It really is that simple--and sometimes very challenging as well.

As the world around us all continues to shift and bring chaos to our world, we must learn to stand in our own truth and walk our own path, while existing in an ever-changing society.  

How we do that is determined by the amount of "ascension frequency" you are sustaining.  

Meditation is the key to sustaining frequency and to restore your "new life normal" to a place of acceptance for you.
